German Sentence Building Practices Video Lesson

In this lesson, we will watch the German Video Lesson on German Sentence Building Studies. Since the studies of making sentences in German contain the basics of making sentences, they must be learned well and at least the logic of the subject must be grasped. When you understand the order of the elements in the sentence, where the adverbs, verb, and auxiliary verb should be located, it will be very easy for you to form a sentence.

Even if you do not know German all the time (past time, future time, etc.), you need to know and know well the basic sentence building scheme.
Now let's give some examples from the basic sentence structures in German.
The following are the most basic structures that we have given and need to be learned thoroughly.
Das ist ein Haus (this is a house)
Das Haus ist grün (home is green)
Das Haus ist weiss (house is white)
Das Haus ist neu (home is new)
Das Haus ist alt (old home)

As you can see here, this "das" is not used, but the object to which the word "das" is pointing is used as the subject. It can be this subject, that is, it can be "das" and not confused with the other das.

Das ist ein Auto (this is an automobile)
Das Auto ist neu (car is new)
Das Auto ist grün (cars turn green)
Das Auto ist gelb (car yellow)
Die Blume ist rot (flower is red)
Die Blume ist weiss (flower is white)
Die Blume ist schön (flower is beautiful)
Der Stuhl ist alt (chair is old)
Der Tisch ist gross (table large)
Der Mann ist jung (man is young)
Der Student ist foul (student is tempted)

We will be able to use these examples very conveniently with multiple sentences.
Examples;

Der Stuhl ist grün (chair grows green)
Die Stühle sind green (the chairs turn green)
Die Blume ist schön (flower is beautiful)
Die Blumen sind schön (flowers are beautiful)

Now let's make negative sentences;
In the past, we used to make a sentence like “das ist ein Stuhl” negatively as “das ist kein Stuhl.” But in a sentence like “Die Blumen sind rot” there are no articles such as ein / eine / kein / keine and cannot be used. there is a way;

Die frau ist jung cümlesi The meaning of the woman is young.
Die Frau ist jung (female is young)
Die Frau ist nicht jung (female is not young)
Die Blume ist rot (flower is red)
Die Blume ist nicht rot (the flower is not red)
Die Blumen sind schön (flowers are beautiful)
Die Blumen sind nicht schön (flowers are not beautiful)

As you can see, we introduce a "nicht" word in front of the adjective in order to make the cümeler negative, without the singular - plural sentence difference.
The nicht word adds nothing to the sentence, no negativity and no meaning.

der Stuhl ist neu (chair is new)
der Stuhl ist nicht neu (the chair is not new)
die stühle sind neu (chairs new)
die Stühle sind nicht neu (chairs are not new)

Now, let us use the personal pronouns in our cues to constantly change the subject and draw out different sentences.

ich bin Student (I am a student)
er ist Lehrer (teach him)
sie sind studenten (they are students)
du bist nicht Student (you are not a student)
du bist nicht Arzt (you are not a doctor)
bist du Arzt? (are you a doctor?)
Nein, ich bin nicht Arzt (no, I'm not a doctor)
Ja, ich bin Arzt (yes, I am a doc)
Zeynep ist Lehrerin (Tuğba teachmendir)
ist Zeynep Lehrerin (Are you a Tuğba teacher?)
Ja, Zeynep ist lehrerin (yes, teach Tuğba)
Nein, Zeynep ist nicht lehrerin (no, tuğba is not a teacher)

Now if you are asking German sentence building exercises I would like to watch your video, but if you work with your pens and pencils while taking your videos and taking notes, it will be much better for you.
