After a long time, I wanted to open the topic again. In 2015, I started this forum to come to Germany and to gather information about Germany.
I got married in July 2015 and came to Germany in August. I did not have a preliminary preparation about Germany, except for my accelerated A1 German. In the 5 years that passed, (actually 4 years have passed in Germany)

As soon as I arrived at the first year of the session, I moved from Germany and lived with my wife in another European country for 1 year.
Then I returned to Germany and worked in the same company for 3 years. I did not attend any language courses in Germany during this time. I didn't even attend an integration course. I have now started my journey to Umschulung, a professional education. In order to focus on my profession and avoid problems with the state, I froze its activities in my company.

There were many changes in my private life. Thank God I became a father in this country, but I also lost my father. So much has come to our press. There are no people who came to Germany later and did not have adventures in the press. This country makes it really human. If you are lucky away from your family and your loved ones and you are fighting well, you will struggle. No language, no house, no car, no job, no friend, you have to win them all.

Let those who come to Germany know that you are always alone here. I hope your work will be well done and you will be your best friend. You will not be able to deal with Turks who were born and raised here. My only advice to you is to adapt for 2-3 months as soon as you arrive, and if you do not say good and bad, you should enter and work. I did not go to a course or something, and when I started I had a zero German and I was negotiating with the guys. If you are dealing with Germans in the company you work with, your German is developing very fast. If you don't speak German, believe me, you will be afraid of opening the phones that came to me. Maybe a big opportunity will come before you, but you will not understand. Get rid of money or something, focus on German only for 2-3 years. The fastest way to do this is by working in a workplace and crossing the Germans.

Due to the structure of the city of Berlin, an International city has many jobs that can work without speaking German. Let me give you an example. Even in the Bayern state I live in, even intermediate German is not enough in some places, they want German without an accent. But since the number of foreigners and Turks in Berlin is high, a level of German that can handle your own business will be sufficient in the first place. Of course, your German will get to a good point in time, of course, the only thing to do is to work with the Germans, to be an interlocutor. If you come to Berlin and hang out in Turkish coffee, in Turkish venues and with a completely Turkish friend environment, you will never learn that you don't need to learn German, even slower or later. So keep the heat tight, these are my advice on language. I do not recommend language courses other than compulsory language courses because there are too many multicultural people there Afghans Russians Syrians language courses are full of them. None of them has a problem to learn a language. They come because the state obliges. Randstad and Mannpower, the most reliable and top-performing companies in Germany, both pay very well compared to other companies. But there are some criteria in these companies that they are looking for, because they market us to the companies that will employ us, they can easily have qualified or experienced personnel accepted to the companies. In the same company, while I was working with a well-established company, my hourly wage was 11Euro, but my colleague was getting 11,80 from Mannpower, and he noticed when he hit 80 cents a month. As of January 1, 2022, thank God I completed my Umschulung with a GPA of 2 and I started as a Schichtführer in the company where I worked for Umschulung. Of course, I went through a lot of trouble in this process, I spent 2 years before work, day and night, after work, to understand and learn the issues that even the Germans have difficulty, thank God, we passed our exam without any accident without giving the Germans a chance.

In the meantime, of course, my German level, which was B1 or something at the beginning, started to come to a point close to the mother tongue. But when it comes to the managerial position, I realize that it is insufficient and I am still trying to improve it. Since we are doing a fast-paced and completely communicative job, it is necessary to have 100% command of German. Apart from that, the mailer, communication with the chiefs in other Abteilungs etc. is completely based on German. As I work at the head of a department of 18 people, again German is a must to solve their problems. Velhasil kalam is not necessarily in German and not necessarily in German.

When I find time, I will tell you about the course of this adventure and how it started. Especially for those coming from Turkey like us, the state-sponsored Umschulung is a great opportunity.
