How to Introduce Yourself in English?

The topic of English self-introduction is often used in language exams, academic English or business English. In daily life, the first thing you will talk to with someone you just met will be about introducing yourself. You can also learn the question patterns that will help you get to know the other party in this lesson.


The first sentence pattern to be used in the self-introduction dialog is to say your names to each other. You can see more than one pattern of saying and asking your name in the following sentences. You can use any, but it is the most frequently used pattern we wrote in the first place.
